Sans This wine is certified Organic BFA and is produced from 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc.The wine has been fermented in open fermentation and aged for 15 months in American oak.Very deep crimson black colour with purple hue.The nose is impressive and displays lifted notes of confectionary, blackcurrant, raspberry, violets and spice.The structure is tightly knit with firmish dry tannins, much firmer than the previous vintage and definitely worth cellaring.Long spice, blackcurrant aftertaste followed by long firmish dry tannins.Cellar 4-5 years (2007-2008)Alc/Vol: 13.8%
