Sans Bright deep straw colour. The nose reveals an assertive grassy aroma followed by green capsicum and green tea end notes. On the palate the green capsicum character is accentuated with a dusty characteristic followed by grassy vegetative back palate. Crisp acid finish with long green capsicum aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years (2007-2008) Alc/Vol 12.5%
