Sans Its probably been a long time since a serious wine lover quaffed down a Queen Adelaide, but we have to say, thisPinot Noir has a bit of style and has been flawlessly made. Medium body crimson colour, with mauve hue. The nose is appealing, with lifted aromatics, showing some macerated character. Aroma of strawberry and raspberry converge with very recognisable varietal character. Although a quaffer, this wine is clearly Pinot Noir – and not a non descript dry red. Very soft tannins, with spicy raspberry, strawberry aftertaste. Quaff away!
