Sans Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of spice, plum and stewed fruit, followed by a touch of earth, leather and truffle. The palate is relatively tight. Flavours of spice, white pepper, plum and stewed fruit. Fine dry, balanced tannins. Strong truffle, earth, plum and black pepper aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010) Alc/Vol 13.5%
