Deep crimson colour with mauve hue.Medium body.The nose is impressive, showing good varietal character.Aroma of cherry and spice followed by a hint of smoky oak.Full bodied palate, with flavours of spice, anise, black cherry and toast emerging followed by a back palate flavour of strawberry jam.Very good length with impressive power wave and long aftertaste of spice, liquorice, toast and cherries.Cellar 3-4 years (2007-2008) Alc/Vol: 14.0%RATING: 93/100VALUE: XXXX/5
