Sans This wine displays the typical very high acid structure of young, unripe Hunter Semillon.The wine needs time �this is the only remedy for the acidity which softens to reveal a tertiary flavour profile.Bright straw colour �the nose is subdued with a hint of grassiness followed by a touch of confectionary and tropical fruit.The palate is dominated by the high acid structure with flavours of grassy lemon flavours evident, followed by a touch of confectionary on the back palate.Exceptionally high acid finish.Cellar 4-5 years (2007-2008)Alc/Vol: 10.2%
