Sans A magnificent Shiraz, produced from 80 year old vines planted in the Ebenezer district of the Barossa Valley.Totally opaque black purple colour, with deep crimson purple hue.Superb sniffing, with top notes of violets, blackberry, spice and vanilla.The palate flavours are concentrated and quite mouthfilling.The white pepper flavours run through the entire palate and well into the aftertaste, intermeshed with blackberry, confectionary, dark chocolate and vanilla.Fine dry tannins in perfect balance. Cellar 3-4 years (2008-2009)Alc/Vol: 14.5%
