Sans Translucent mauve crimson colour with mauve crimson hue.Medium body.The nose displays good varietal character with notes of cherry and spice emerging followed by a hint of game.The palate has moderate power.The tannins are quite dry – too dry for a Pinot, but will soften with time.Flavours of cherry, plum and spice emerge.Cellar 3-4 years (2006-2007)Alc/Vol: 12.0%
