Sans This is an older style of Shiraz, showing nuances of earth and leather.Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue.The nose reveals a touch of leather, followed by earth, ripe plum, vanilla, blackberry and spice.The palate reflects the nose, with again earth and leather flavours followed by stewed fruit and liquorice.Fine grained tannins, with good balance.Aftertaste of earth and leather.Cellar 2-3 years (2008-2009)Alc/Vol: 14%
