Sans The vineyard was established in 1962 on steep easterly rocky slopes. Straw colour with delicate straw hue. Restrained nose, showing some minerality with citrus and spice following, creating a degree of austerity. The palate reveals flavours of honey and toast, again with a characteristic ‘Steingarten’ leanness. The acidity is quite crisp, but softening. The wine is in a state of transition and will continue to evolve. Honey lime aftertaste.Cellar 3-4 years (2008-2009)Alc/Vol: 12.5%
