Sans This Chardonnay has been made using the Gin Gin clone, and grown in the company’s Donnybrook Valley Vineyard.Matured in French Oak.Bright pale gold colour.Impressive nose, with notes of cashews, biscuit, spicy oak, melon, fig and white peach.The palate has good weight, with flavours of yeast lees, cashews, biscuit and toasted oak.Very good length.Long aftertaste of toasted oak, pineapple and cashew.
