Sans Totally opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose, with violet top note, followed by blackberry , blackcurrant and spice, with earthy end note. The palate is tight �flavours of cherry, plum and stewed fruit emerge, with firm palate structure being reflected by fine dry tannins.
