Sans Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose is very appealing, with perfumed lift of violets white pepper and spice, followed by end notes of blackberry and ripe plum. The palate structure is elegant, with white pepper and cedar flavours emerging, and just a hint of confectionary.
