Sans This wine is composed of a blend of 63% Cabernet and 37% Merlot.Medium body, deep crimson brick red colour with deep brick red hue.Superb lifted nose of confectionary, violets and cedar delivering a great sniff.The palate takes some what of a U-turn and is much tighter than the nose suggests.Flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and cedar are followed by some stewed fruit.Fine grained tannins.Aftertaste of stewed fruit and spice.Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)Alc/Vol: 14%
