Sans Totally opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. Superb nose, with notes of violet, liquorice allsorts, spice and blackberry. Mouthfilling palate, with flavours of dark chocolate spice and black pepper on the back palate. Full bodied, with excellent palate weight. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, with aftertaste of spice, liquorice, plum and dark chocolate. Cellar 4-5 years (2008-2009) Alc./Vol. 15%
