Sans A wonderful Barossa Shiraz which delivers plenty of flavour without being bulky. Very deep black purple colour with purple hue. The nose delivers a wonderful sniff with aroma of violets, confectionary, spice and blackcurrant. The palate flavour profile is filled with ‘joosy’ Shiraz flavours of spice, blackpepper, confectionary, plum and liquorice allsorts. Excellent length, fine grained dry tannins, but balanced, followed by nuances of vanilla. Long aftertaste of liquorice allsorts, violet infusions, blackpepper and plum.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc/Vol: 14.5%
