Sans The wine consists of a blend of 63% Sauvignon Blanc and 37% Semillon.Very pale straw colour, with pale hue.The nose is quite subdued for a current release white.Hint of confectionary, tropical fruit and spice.The palate flavours are light with confectionary and lemon flavours emerging.Soft clean acid finish with delicate aftertaste of cashews.Drink (2003)Alc/Vol: 12.5%
