Sans A very dry Pinot, even though it has some ripe fruit characteristics. The colour is an impressive bright crimson mauve with crimson mauve hue, showing very good depth. Aroma of stewed plum, cherry, strawberry jam and spice. The palate reveals flavours of plum and cherries, with fine dry tannins which tend to overpower the fruit character of the palate.
