Sans Watershed Wines is a listed public company located in the dress circle of Margaret River with approximately seventy eight hectares under vine. The buildings and vineyard are very impressive and in no small way due to the talents of Watershed’s Coonawarra consultant, JOHN WADE. Wade was the winemaker who created the Wynns John Riddoch wines and later moved to Margaret River to make some astonishing wines for Howard Park.
