Sans The Gamay from Bass Phillip was planted as early as 1988.Translucent crimson mauve colour with a hint of brick red.The nose is very delicate, with light strawberry notes, followed by a hint of confectionary.The palate structure is light and dry �no resemblance to Beaujolais, or even Pinot, but more like a light Rose style.Soft tannins and acid.Light strawberry and confectionary aftertaste.Drink (2005)Alc/Vol: 12.3%
