Sans Almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of blackberry and plum followed by vanilla, liquorice and spice. The fruit appears to be subdued at this stage. Fine, dry and chalky tannins. Liquorice, plum and spice flavours emerge on the palate with plum and stewed fruit aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years (2008-2009) Alc/Vol: 14%
