Sans This wine is totally unrecognisable as a Heathcote Shiraz.Youthful purple colour with purple mauve hue.Delicate nose, with aroma of spice and plum, followed by a touch of vanilla.The palate is light and lacks flavour and depth.At best this wine is a light red that does the Heathcote region a grave injustice.
