Sans Totally opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. Top notes of violets, spice and blackberry followed by a black pepper end note. Mouthfilling palate flavours with plum, spice, blackberry and liquorice evident. Fine dry tannins which are persistent but balanced. Very spicy aftertaste of ripe plum and blackberry. Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010) Alc/Vol: 15%
