Sans This wine consists of a blend of Corvina, Rondella and Molinara grapes, and has been sealed with a polypropylene supreme cork. Semi translucent brick red colour with tawny hue. The nose displays a developed flavour profile with a top note of truffle, followed by cedar and spice, followed by an earthy, stewed fruit end note. Short palate flavours, with stewed fruit dominant, followed by cedar and truffle. Little length or depth. Simple structure, cedar and truffle aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years (2008-2009) Alc/Vol: 12%
