Sans The colour of this wine is fantastic, vibrating with typical Heathcote black purple hues and showing excellent glass cling. Aroma of ripe blackberry, black pepper, plum and spice. The palate is not quite as concentrated as expected with flavours of liquorice, plum, spice and black pepper evident. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, liquorice and black pepper. Cellar 3-4 years (2008-2009) Alc/Vol: 14.5%
