Sans This is the fourth release of Oliver’s HJ Reserve Shiraz, and has been made from the best parcels of Old Vine Shiraz. This outstanding wine has received numerous awards. Very deep, almost opaque black purple colour and hue. Perfumed nose with violet top note, followed by spice, confectionary and blackberry. The palate delivers flavours of plum and vanilla, followed by black pepper and confectionary. Excellent length and depth. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, vanilla, cedar, confectionary and spice. Cellar 2-3 years (2010-2011) Alc/Vol: 14.5%
