Sans An elegant Cabernet blend composed of 6 clones of Cabernet Sauvignon making up 60% of the blend,the balance being 14% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec and 6% Shiraz. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose with violet top note, followed by blackcurrant, truffle and earth. The palate reveals flavours of blackcurrant and spice and is supported by fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and spice. A soft Cabernet.Cellar 2-3 years (2010-2011)Alc/Vol: 15%
