Sans The 2004 Eight Songs has been produced from fruit grown at Marananga and Light Pass. Very deep crimson brick red colour with brick red hue showing some development. Developed nose with top note of cedar followed by spice and stewed fruit. The palate displays complexity with flavours of plum, spice, cedar, confectionary and vanilla emerging. Finely balanced tannins. Very long aftertaste of plum, spice, cedar and vanilla.Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012)Alc/Vol: 14.5%
