Sans This blend is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. This was the second bottle that we tasted and proved to be a quantum leap over the quality of the first bottle. By way of explanation to this experience, the first tasting was from a bottle supplied by a customer who had left if in his car on a 40°C day. The second bottle was delivered from the distributor directly on a cooler day. Cooking your wine is not a smart idea!
