Sans Made using the Ripasso technique, where in order to add more tannin and structure to the wine, the new wine is passed over the fermented seeds and skins of the fermented wine. Medium body brick red colour with brick red hue. Delicate top note of cedar, old leather and spice followed by stewed plum. The palate is on the dry side with leather evident. Flavours of stewed plum and light earth. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of leather, cedar and spice.Cellar 3-4 years (2011-2012)Alc/Vol: 13.5%
