On the palate flavours of lime and tropical fruit emerge. Excellent balance �with crisp acid backbone. Long lime aftertaste. Cellar 4-5 years (2010-2011) Alc/Vol: 12%

First Tasted, September 2006: A magnificent nose, showing early development. Brilliant straw colour. Perfumed top notes of lime, orange blossom and musk. The palate is on the light side, not reflecting the nose. Flavours of lime and musk are evident. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of lime, orange rind and musk. Cellar 1-2 years (2007-2008) Alc/Vol: 12% 89
