Sans This wine has been made from 70 year old vines and matured for 15 months in French and American oak. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue showing good cling to the walls of the glass. Top note of vanilla followed by ripe plum, cedar and violets with blackberry end note. The palate is simple and lacks complexity. Flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit with vanilla and cedar on the back palate followed by a touch of liquorice. Soft tannin finish.
