Sans First Tasted, 2/6/2006: Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose of spice, melon, fig and yeast lees showing good varietal character. On the palate, flavours of biscuit, melon and fig emerge followed by a light yeast lees background. Creamy texture. Aftertaste of yeast lees, melon and just a touch of lemon. Soft acid finish.
