Perfumed nose, with layers of violet, spice, liquorice and vanilla. The palate flavours are very pronounced, with a very spicy back palate. Mouthfilling flavours of black pepper, blackberry, spice, and plum overlaid with cedar. The tannins are fine, yet slightly chalky but perfectly balanced.
