Sans The first vintage of Oliver’s super premium Shiraz called the ‘HJ Reserve’ was produced in 2000 as a tribute to the memory of H.J. ‘Bert’ Oliver. Fruit for the 2005 H.J. was sourced from a single block planted in 1948. Maturation took place in 100% all new French oak from a variety of different coopers for a period of just under two years. Total production was around 600 dozen.
