Sans First tasted, November 2005:Bright straw colour with water like hue. The nose is quite delicate with grassy, herbaceous notes followed by a hint of spice and confectionary. The palate is still youthful, again, the Semillon appearing dominant. Flavours of hay, confectionary and tropical fruit are followed by a light honeycomb characteristic. Clean citrus aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years (2007-2008)Rating: 90
