Sans Matured for 12 months in American and French oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by cedar, a hint of new leather, plum and white pepper. The palate delivers flavours of plum and spice but is overwhelmed by dry tannins, leaving the fruit in the background. The wine lacks length and depth.
