Sans Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. The nose is a joy �showing strong Heathcote varietal and regional character. Strong freshly crushed blackberry followed by vanilla and spice. The palate is mouthfilling and has a joosy quality not found in recent examples of Mount Ida Shiraz. Flavours of black pepper, spice and vanilla deliver a generous mouthfeel, showing plenty of ripe fruit character. Fine grained tannins �perfect balance.
