Sans A classic example of top Martinborough Pinot Noir. Deep crimson colour with deep mauve hue. Superb nose of violet, cherry, spice and truffle, quite perfumed and showing strong varietal character. The palate delivers ripe black cherry notes, followed by ripe strawberry. The back palate flavour profile is very spicy with velvet tannins. Very good power wave. Nuances of anise on the back palate. Aftertaste of ripe black cherry and black pepper. Cellar 4-5 years (2011-2012) Alc/Vol: 13.5%
