The palate delivers superb length with layers of cedar, spice, and black pepper followed by liquorice, mocha and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance. Exceptionally long aftertaste of spice, dark chocolate, blackberry and cedar – and just when one considers the aftertaste as being a final statement, a wave of lasting black and white pepper emerges.
