Sans This wine is made from the ‘inâ€?white grape variety Gruner Veltliner or commonly know as Gru-Vee. Gruner Veltliner is 10 times more plentiful than Austrian Riesling and can take on a number of flavour profiles depending upon its cropping levels. Cropped at high levels the varietal produces a light quaffing white. At relatively low yields it produces aromas of white flowers and cracked pepper. Generally the varietal does not require new oak.
