Sans This wine is sourced from a single vineyard, located on the Western edge of the Greenock Creek in the Northern Barossa Valley. The vineyard consists of shallow, sandy loam soil over deep red clay and limestone, providing ideal growing conditions for Shiraz. The wine was matured in 25% new and 75% older French and American oak for a period of 18 months.
