The resulting fruit is “cooler climateâ€?in styledelivering spicy aromatics and flavour profile. Very deep crimson colour withdeep crimson hue. Perfumed nose of blackberry, spice and vanilla. The palatehas good weight, with quite spicy black pepper back palate flavours. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spice,black pepper, plum and stewed fruit.
