Sans Translucent light crimson red colour with mauve hue verging on brick red. The nose displays subdued aromas of cherry, strawberry and spice with some leather notes also appearing. On the palate the fruit is beginning to fade – flavours of stewed fruit, leather and earth with some subtle cherry and spice end notes. The wine is on the lean side lacking mid palate flesh and has a very dry slightly bitter finish. Leather, earth and cherry aftertaste.Drink (2009)Alc/Vol: 13.8%
