Sans This blend is composed of 95% Shiraz 5% Viognier. Almost opaque, black purple colour with black purple hue. There is a hint of dried apricot, followed by blackberry, spice, some light liquorice and plum. The palate flavours are generous with spice, dried apricot, plum and blackberry evident. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum and blackberry with dry tannins persisting.Cellar 3-4 years (2012-2013)Alc/Vol: 14.5%
