Sans Bright pale straw colour with a greenish tinge and pale straw hue. Lifted aromas of toast, yeast lees and delicate white peach are followed by some biscuit and spice notes. Medium weight with good concentration and persistence the palate displays flavours of cashew, delicate white peach and biscuit with a spicy toast like overlay. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of cashew, biscuit, lees and toast.Cellar 5-6 years (2015-2016).Alc 13.0%
