Aromas of dark cherry, black plum, liquorice and spice are followed by a hint of leather. The palate displays excellent concentration and body weight with flavours of liquorice, blackberry and dark plum followed by some spice and underlying meaty leather like characters. The core of ripe fruit is framed by firm, dry chewy tannins that provide the wine with excellent structure. Long aftertaste of liquorice, plum, blackpepper and leather. Cellar 4-5 years. Alc 14.5%
