Sans The 2007 vintage saw the Command vineyard produce an exceptionally low yield resulting in only 20% of the normal average production. Although very little was made the quality of the 2007 Command is up to it’s usual exceptionally high standards. The wine was matured for 34 months in a combination of American & French oak and then given a further 12 months bottle age before being released.
