Sans This is the first time we’ve seen thisblend from Gemtree which had otherwise been restricted to the exportmarkets. The Shiraz (95%) and Viognier (5%) were co-fermented to providebetter integration of the two varieties. The wine is open fermentedfor 10 days then gently pressed into French and American oak for 12months maturation.
