Sans Deep dark crimson red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays ripe plummy top notes followed by some ribeena like scents and a touch of spice. On the palate there are some very ripe plum and spice flavours which are cut short by a very dry cedary finish. Dry chalky, slightly bitter tannins with short ripe plum, cedar and spice aftertaste.Drink over the next 1-2 years (2011-2013).Alc 13.5%
